Program Purpose

The purpose of The Salvation Army Children's Services Adoption Program is to provide comprehensive, ethical,compassionate,professionaland skilled services to all parties involved in the adoption process. The Salvation Army Children's Services has always been dedicated to the preservation of families. Unfortunately, there are times when this goal is not obtainable. This program seeks to help these children in finding permanent, stable and loving homes.

There are increasing numbers of children waiting for available adoptive homes. It is a widely upheld belief that multiple placements of a child can be damaging and may limit his or her ability to develop normally. It is our intention to develop a solid, committed and straightforward service delivery in order to enhance the chance of a successful adoption.
