Why Become a Foster Parent

There are many children in our community who would benefit from the love and care of a foster family. These children, victims of troubled families, need a period of separation from their natural parents.

The Salvation Army is looking for families willing to open their hearts and homes to these children. They need the love and care of a stable home environment to help them through a very difficult period of their lives.

By volunteering to become a foster parent, you can help these children become productive, healthy adults.

Thinking of Adoption?

As you venture into the world of adoption, The Salvation Army Children's Services Adoption Program is committed to helping you have the most positive experience during this exciting process. As a team, you can be assured that we have the same goal in mind: to provide a child or children with permanency, and with a dedicated family that they can count on unconditionally.
